This one has a couple of cool things for me. First, not a choice (is that evil?) second, the transition goes all the way through to having a female reproductive cycle (there's probably a cooler way to say that, but you know what I mean). To be transitioned to female (operationally or whatever) and to actually become female? Quite a bit of difference, and, a greater degree of angst.
